What is a Prayer Dare with Asheritah?

About once a year, Asheritah invites her community to join her in a Bible study or prayer group. Welcome to the community! It’s a quiet space where you can encounter God in a personal way. Plus, when you join, you get invited to the most encouraging group of Jesus-lovers on the planet. You’ll be with hundreds of other people from around the world who are finding joy in Jesus through creative Bible habits.

Can I invite my friends?

Yes, of course! We bet you know someone who needs this dare to rest, and it's just more fun with friends! Please have them sign up at prayersofrest.com/dare so we can onboard your friends properly.

What is the time commitment for this Prayer Dare?

Each Prayer of REST in the free PDF download can be read in as little as 5 minutes. If you'd like to join the live prayer calls with Asheritah, those last about 30 minutes each weekday morning. You'll also be given optional ways to go deeper, but you can decide how much (or little) time you want to invest.

Do I need to order the Prayers of REST book to participate?

In short, yes. The 5-Day Praying God's Promises Dare is based on Asheritah's new book, Prayers of REST, and Asheritah wants to equip you for a lifetime of trusting God's faithfulness when life is hard. So while these 5 days will train and equip you to start, the Prayers of REST book will help you continue to practice what you'll learn through this dare.

What id I can't attend live?

No problem! We know that our community lives all over the world, so if the scheduled time for our daily live prayer calls doesn't work for you, you can watch the video replays we'll send you each day. You’ll have until Friday, May 20th to watch the replays and take all the notes you need.

What if I'm not on Facebook?

Although the private community is an encouraging part of the dare, we know that lots of people don’t use Facebook. That’s why we’ll send everyone in the dare a video link of that day’s live prayer call so that they can enjoy the content on their own completely outside of Facebook.
